The location of the hostel was fantastic, with easy access to various metro lines and close to popular areas like "America Mura" and Dotonobori. Being able to explore the city and visit tourist spots was a breeze. the staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a nice atmosphere in the 24-hour reception and bar area. It was a great place to meet fellow travelers and socialize.
The limited shower facilities. With only two showers on our floor, it often resulted in long waits, especially when the hostel was fully booked.

During my Christmas stay at this hostel, I really liked how friendly and helpful the staff were. They were always willing to assist and made me feel welcome. Another positive aspect was the cleanliness of the hostel. the facilities were always well-maintained, including the toilets and showers. the beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the location was also a key factor for me, as it was within walking distance to the popular shopping and dining areas. Being able to explore the nearby streets filled with great shops and food was a definite advantage.
One drawback I experienced during my stay was that the dorm room felt slightly cramped when it was fully booked. This limited the space available and made it feel a bit crowded.

My stay at Imano Osaka Shinsaibashi was absolutely exceptional. The location of the hostel was perfect for exploring the city and immersing myself in the vibrant atmosphere of Osaka. The private room I stayed in felt just like a hotel room and provided ample space for me and my belongings. The staff were incredibly helpful and were able to assist me in English when needed. I also enjoyed spending time in the bar, where I indulged in affordable drinks and even played card games with fellow travelers. I had a truly excellent experience at Imano Osaka Shinsaibashi.
While my stay at Imano Osaka Shinsaibashi was wonderful, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The air conditioning throughout the hostel was quite cold, making me feel sick.
